Newton earned a degree in Restaurant Management and has experience as an executive chef. Prior to opening several restaurant concepts in Nashville, Newton & Nquyen founded Asian Box - a ten unit fine casual restaurant brand that offers Asian street food, along with You Are Here Hospitality.

EXECUTIVE CHEF & CO-FOUNDER OF YAHH

Nguyen spent time growing up baking bread in the kitchen with her mother and was inspired by the Asian cuisine she learned from her grandmother. She went on to attend California Culinary Academy while also working as a Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine for various restaurants in the San Francisco area.
