The Journey
The YAHH Incubator Program is a carefully curated experience designed to provide the utmost support and guidance to our aspiring chefs. Here's how the journey unfolds:
Application
The process begins with interested candidates submitting their applications. We want to know your story, your passion, and your vision for your culinary venture.
Multi-Level Interview
Shortlisted candidates will engage in a series of interviews to better understand their aspirations and assess how our program can best support their growth.
Paid Apprentice Phase
Those selected for the program will embark on a paid apprentice phase, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts.
Scholarship Selection
A distinguished panel of accredited chefs and restaurateurs will evaluate the progress and potential of each participant, ultimately awarding scholarships to deserving candidates.
